Reviewed pricing
Analyst-led editorial that earns the RentalWise Score
Reviewed is the deepest layer of the Software pillar. RentalWise does category-by-category analyst work on your platform — scoring features 1-3, narrating the operational reality of each, and publishing the result on every relevant page in the directory. The RentalWise Score appears on your platform’s listing once analyst coverage clears the 60% category-coverage threshold AND includes the two minimum-required categories for an RMS: Contract Management + Invoice Management.
Reviewed is one-time, not annual. You commission analyst work when there’s new work to do — a first review, a new category to add, or an existing category to refresh. Ongoing identity and the Score display live in Claim.
Reviewed is independent of Branded and from Claim. You can buy Reviewed without ever paying for visibility — the analyst content renders in pure RentalWise styling either way. Three months of Claim status are bundled in at signature so you have the badge and feature/category controls during the engagement.

Reviewed pricing is shared during vendor onboarding
Reviewed engagements are quoted per-platform via an algorithm that accounts for the number of categories in scope and the platform’s configuration complexity. We share the specifics with verified vendor contacts so the conversation lands on the right package for your platform.
Not yet a verified vendor contact? Email us — we’ll connect your account to your platform’s record and share the algorithm output for your scope.
Founder cohort — 30% lifetime discount
Five total Reviewed vendors. 30% off Reviewed, locked for 3 years. Hard close December 31, 2026 or when 5 slots are filled — whichever comes first.
See the founder cohort →90-day factual-correction guarantee
Every Reviewed engagement includes a 90-day window during which you can request a second-pass re-assessment if the analyst review contains factual errors. RentalWise commits to the repass within 30 days of the request.
Scope is factual correction only.Judgement-of-quality disputes are editorial — “you scored our recurring-invoicing 2 but it deserves a 3” is not a repass request. The line is whether the underlying factof feature presence or behavior is wrong, not whether the analyst's judgement is wrong.
Why this is fair to your product
Vertical specialism. No horizontal noise.
Every visitor on getrentalwise.com is a rental operator evaluating rental software. We don't sell the directory to dental offices or law firms. The traffic is small but it's all qualified.
Per-feature granularity.
Every Reviewed platform gets a 1-3 score on every feature in scope with operational metric and analyst narrative. Not a 5-star averaged opinion; a structured analyst take on whether your platform actually handles the operational pattern rental operators need.
Analyst-led scoring vs review-volume scoring.
Small excellent vendors win on RentalWise where they lose on G2. RentalWise scores reflect what the platform does, not how many happy users have written reviews about it.
Operators control their own ranking.
An operator who doesn't care about Multi-Location Operations can set that category weight to 1. The Operator Score deprioritises Multi-Location for them. Your platform isn't penalised for being weak in a category the operator doesn't care about.
