Why we do reviews this way
Most rental software directories sell ranking. Vendors pay for the top spot; operators see what the highest-paying vendor wants them to see. We refuse to sell that — vendor money buys identity, voice, and analyst-led editorial. It does not buy review scores or category rank.
Reviews come from two sources: editorial assessments written from direct implementation experience, and Pros/Cons reviews contributed by signed-in operators (moderated). Both stay separate from any vendor relationship. And we don't take per-lead fees from vendors on the Selection Advisory either — the recommendation is what we actually think.
The path beyond software
Selection ends with a signed contract. Implementation PM ends with a system that's live. Neither guarantees your team actually uses it. That's where The System comes in.
